When Scanning within Corel Photo Paint, I receive an Out Of Memory Error message. I have tried scanning with many different rezorlutions, but get the same error. I don't have any problems scanning in any other programmes. If anyone can help, please do!

Answer:

To resolve this issue:
1. Add more physical memory to the
computer.
2. Scan at a lower resolution.
3. Make sure you are using a 32-bit
scanner driver.
4. If the computer has 32 MB RAM or
more, try adding the following lines to
the [VCache] section of the system.ini
file (NOTE: Back up the system.ini
before making any changes):
MinFileCache=8192
MaxFileCache=16384
This cache size uses physical RAM that
may be used elsewhere.

5. Save the file and restart W

End
I am not sure what restart W means though?
