On the network at work there is a shared drive where internal documents are saved. Some of these are word documents and if you go to open a document that someone allready has open it tells you that "username" has this file open and would you like to make a copy. The problem is that with one login in the company when it says "username has this file open "username" does not match thier user name but someone elses username. SO the wrong person is getting called up and told to close the file. I have checked thier login and there is nothing in it that has any relation to this other username. What could be causing this error?
