How to disable explorer?
I can browse without it and like that.

The shell app for browsing your local/network filesystem is specified in system.ini
Look for the "shell=" line in the "[boot]" section of system.ini and change as appropriate. What are you planning to substitute--it sounds like you may not be contemplating a substitution (if so, that's probably a pretty bad idea).
