Reboot icon on my desktop

Since you blokes are pretty quick responding, i thought I may add this little ( incolent ) Q.
I wanna get a REBOOT shortcut on my desktop and am using the following shortcut command line : "C:\WINDOWS\RUNDLL.EXE shell32.dll,SHExitWindowsEX 2", but I get an error message in shell32.dll ??

I am using WINDOWS 95 4.00.950A
I wanted to do this also so I just created a batch file and created a desktop icon shortcut to the batchfile
The only contents of the batch file is.


@EXIT

I have been using this for about a month now works fine
