IE Spinning World (WME)

Someone Please Help Me. My grandpa has IE 5.5 and Windows ME. His spinning world has disappeared and he would like it back. Could someone please tell me how to get it back?? I couldn't find the smallbitmap thing that everyone is talking about. Please help me get it back on. Thanks for any help you can give me. --Aliendewd

go to accessories group>system tools>
and run the "system info" utility

click on "tools" menu and choose "Internet Explorer Repair Tool"

follow what it tells you , and restart.

I am not sure this will fix the little globle but it is a good bet. I haven't had that problem so I don't know for sure if it does that.
