IPX vs IP (WNT)

I'm getting ready to rebuild a new PDC with a dual NIC card. My question is: Is there more overload using IP or IPX. I would guess IPX due to it's chattiness, however, I wanted to get opinions. Thanks in advance!

sofar I now is that ipx is intended to internal networks its configure the whole network automatic
but is not intended for the Internet, it takes also more bandwidth than tcp/ip but is faster.
