Hi everybody,

Is there anyone here who has worked with Services for Unix (ver.2)? I badly need some help with that! ):

I installed SFU (Server for NFS and Server for NFS
Authentication) on our BDC (Backup Domain Controller) where we needed to let the drives be mountable from UNIX systems. Based on SFU documentation, I installed Server for NFS Authentication on our PDC as well. SFU (on BDC)
uses User mapping service (by placing the passwd and group files of Unix system) to make the proper conncetion between Unix' users and NT Domain's users. It seems to work for all mapped users, but root (Unix) <-> Administrator (NT). When I (as root on Unix) creat a file on a remotely mounted NT disk, the owner is nobody (instead of root). Any idea?
I don't use any PCNFS, NIS or password syncronization. The user authentication has been simply done by placing passwd/group file on NT and making proper mapping.

Every little comment will be appreciated,
Nazila
