Quick Launch Toolbar/Tray

Can anyone help me to reinstate this function? After using TweakUI it has just greyed out.

I can see the shortcuts to the apps in the directory associated with this function, but that's all

I'm pretty sure that you have to reinstall Internet Explorer. It's IE which gives you the QuickLaunch and ShowDesktop features. Sorry to be the bearer of such bad news.

Yeah mate, it happened to me whilst stuffing round with TweakUI. What ya have to do is go into TweakUI, and in the Internet Explorer tab (4th one from left), you HAVE to check "IE-4 ENABLED". That's it !

I was racking my brains trying to remember how I lost/refound my QuickLaunch--and then saw the post on Internet Explorer, and how IEOFF can remove Internet Explorer. THAT was how I lost my QuickLaunch/ShowDesktop...
