I have two laptops, both running 98SE. I connected them both to a switch and on to my DSL router. I can connect with one laptop at a time. Can anyone shed some light on why i can't connect on both of them at the same time. Thanks for you help.

What is the name of the DSL router? Is it the DSL modem that came with the installation?
Do you have a static IP assignment from your ISP?
If it's an actual router you should be able to surf with both at the same time.
