Why when I double click a file in Windows Explorer does it take thirty seconds for the application to start and display the file, this happens if I try to open a second file after closing the applcation, not with the first file of a session. It does not seem to matter what the file is .jpg .html etc but when this happens Windows Explorer becomes inaccessible (can't navigate anywhere within Explorer) during the wait, but other apps. will start. Only clue so far is error dialog box which states "Iexplore has caused an invalid page fault at 018f:bff87ede" followed by a lot of memory addresses, and then it is impossible to close this dialog box, even by using "control alt delete". The machine has not locked completely as other apps. will start. Any help gratefully received
