When I on my computer there are some popup url for Add's that come up on my screen.How can I get then off so it doesn't come again?

Internet Explorer can't disable popups by itself.
Try doing a search on <a target="_blank" href=http://zdnet.com/downloads> ZDNET </a> for freeware prorgams that can kill any popups automatically

It's a little unclear what exactly the problem is, but it could also be that this isn't about ordinary popups, but due to some advertising trojan starting up automatically as Windows loads.

In that case it would be useful to take a look at the startups:

Go to Start/run, and type Msinfo32, followed by OK.
Go to Software Environment/Startup Programs.
Click Edit/'Select all', and then 'copy'
Now paste the contents in your post.
