Every time I click my start on the task bar I get this message.I can't use my run,shut down or any of the functions/because nothing pops out when II click start . I just get the error message nnivrem2@juno.com

Toggle F8 or press Ctrl key during bootup ( depends on your computor ) , choose Command prompt only ( NOT Safe mode Command prompt ), then at the C: prompt , type Scandisk /all & press Enter .
When finished , type win & press Enter .
