Ever since the March 28th security update pack from Windows update, theres a program thats stuck on my hard drive that I can't get rid of. Funny thing is that I can't even see the program anywhere on the hard drive, but I know its there. When I hit control alt delete, I can see the program right there, its called "Ossproxy". Does anybody know anything about this? Anyways I can't get rid of it. Its affecting my internet explorer security. My sister uses AOL to log on to the United Airlines network, and because of this "Ossproxy", we have not been able to get into her United Airlines network. A message comes up and says, "Invalid proxies set". We've called the help desk, tech support, went through everything and yet still can't get on. Any help in the area is greatly appreciated.
Thanx a bunch

The only hit I got on Google was in Algerian French. Best I could make out was something about a conflict with either ZoneAlarm or Norton's Internet Security.

Hey Thanx for your effort in helping.
After further search on my windows desktop, I found out that it was a software by MarketScore(previously known as Netsetter), a program I used awhile back for speeding up my internet. I finally found it under my windows setting after many searches and tech support. I deleted the program through DOS, I couldn't delete it while still on windows, because it was run by windows. By thanx again for going through the trouble to help. I greatly appreciate it. Thanx again.
