On the First of April I was able to access a non-secure website. On that day it went down for an upgrade and since it has come back up I receive a 403 Forbidden error everytime I try to access it. However, when I log on as administrator or under the guest account I am able to access the site, so it's definitely a problem on my end, I just don't know where
Also I can't access the site using the IP address either, but I can ping the site with both domain name and IP and receive a response. I also have a PoP3 account on the server that works fine.
