+ sign shuts down? (W98)

Hi, when ever I press the + sign on the number pad, my computer shuts down! I believe that this is something in the registry, but I kinda looked and I couldn't see anything. Will you please help me? I am about this far away from whiping my hard drive. Thanks.

Do you have a shortcut to shutdown set up anywhere? If so, right click on it and choose properties. Look on the page this calls to see if a keyboard shortcut has been set up.

Thank you! That was it exactly! Now I wont have to worry about that. The strange thing is, I dont remember doing that. Thanks for your help.
