Rebooting when printing Excel Worksheet (WNT)

One of my users' workstations reboots sometimes when he prints from Excel 97 sr-2. It happens most often from one particular worksheet from one particular workbook, but not all of the time and sometimes from others. I've reinstalled Office 97 and it still happens. I switched RAM chips thinking maybe it was hitting a bag sector, and it stopped happening for a while, but has started again. I couldn't find anything in the Microsoft Knowledge Base, and I've posted here before, but I'm getting desperate. The user this happens to is one of my bosses.

Questions:

Have you tried eliminating or disabling Macros?

Do you have an AV program that scans Office docs?
