Outlook Express (W98)

A friend has one email sender and only one whose messages are always delivered to the Deleted Items folder. I created a message rule for these messages to go to a sub folder under InBox but they still go to the deleted items folder. No senders are blocked. Outlook Express 6.0

Make sure his ISP doesn't have some form of spam filtering that is causing this. My ISP has a very good filter with many options. I had some good mail going to deleted folder and had to make some adjustments.

Sorry. I should have stated I went through Prodigy's(Friend's ISP) settings and options and made sure all filters were turned off.
