unable to download file (W98)

I'm trying to download a program from ZDNet and get, 'current settings won't allow download'. I changed ZDNet status, under Options-Security to 'low security level' under 'trusted' area. What am I missing? IE-6.

From the Tools menu go to Internet Options- security - Custom Level
In the Settings, go down until you see the option for downloads, Enable it.

To replicate your problem, I disabled it on my pc, and got this:

Your current security settings do not allow this file to be downloaded.

Its working now. Download was enabled - I disabled then renewed, Thank you.
