Ok everyone this is just a warning that i thought youd all like to know about. Sub 7 isnt nice. I found out the hard way. My room mate downloaded the program with the aim of using it, from my computer. He infected a few friends of ours with the lil server file and had his fun. A few days later while running a virus scanner (NAV) I find the thing and try getting rid. Norton wasnt too pleased quarantined then deleted it. I thought I was fine. But no. Hidden in both the sub 7 Server file (the bit sent out to victims) and also the program you run to work the server file have hidden viruses in. To cut that short both you and your victim are virused by asneaky hidden job. Norton finds it, but dosnt reconise it. Ive submitted it to the relevent peoples and to no avail. Its got to the state now where my computer is simply buggered. Its memory resident, stealth, encryted, and when you delete it, there is a ghost of it somewhere that duplicates both the original and the ghost file. Eventualy it corupts your system and you have to format and reinstall.

Ok so now im sorted (new hardwear, thanx roomy for paying).

I dont want to instill fear into anyone out there who gets themselves a sub 7 warning, but just be warey, it could still be lurking in the background :)

Here's a site with some useful information, in case you do get infected (admittedly, a little late here):

Running a good antitrojan is also useful.
Here are some pointers: <a target="_blank" href=http://www.wilders.org/anti_trojans.htm>http://www.wilders.org/anti_trojans.htm</a>

Good luck, Tony
