Wait for dialtone / modem noise

Hi,

Could you please tell me how you can modify the settings for when connecting to the internet via a modem, the following options: waiting for a dialtone and the modem noise.

I know you can do it via the Modems control panel, but I was wondering, how can I do it manually via the Registry?
