Cannot create ipc queue

Hi all,
Just having some trouble with Spyware Doctor on Windows 2003 machines. I have 3 thin client servers that get this error and a domain controller, all windows 2003, sp1. if you look at the attachment you will see the message. any ideas?

BTW: Fantastic prodcut, cannot recommend it highly enough, how do you guys manage such a great product and give it away????

Regarding the error: 'Cannot create IPC queue "SW Doctor Agent"

Could you please confirm if you are trying a Remote Terminal session to the machine where the SDE Server Console is installed when the error occurs?

Regarding the error message when starting a Microsoft Windows Remote
Terminal session on the server that SDE Server Console is loaded.

Please note that Terminal Services, Terminal Servers are not supported by SDE at this stage.

Terminal Services - Even though Spyware Doctor Enterprise (SDE) has not been officially programmed or tested with Terminal Services, it doesn’t mean that SDE won’t entirely work with it. Considering this if we have a large amount of potential customers that wish to use Terminal Services we will determine if SDE can be engineered to support it.

However as a test we have found that once you click 'ok' on the error then open the SDE Server Console it seems to open up ok.

Also this error can occur when there is a previous installation of Spyware Doctor still present on the PC you are installing Spyware Doctor Enterprise on.

Please check that you have removed any instances of Spyware Doctor previously installed on the system. Please also make sure that any other Spyware related software is removed from the PC as that particular software may be using the same resources and causing a conflict.

You have answered all my questions, thanks. i keep forgetting that some apps dont like terminal services. it does work, i just get the error message when i login to each machine, but once again thanks.
