I am connected to the net with a DSL line
I am useing Windows 2000 Pro on my PC and Windows 2000 ME on my laptop.
In both cases I go to - Control Panel - Internet Options - connections & tick the "Never dial a connection" box.
I then click on apply & OK.
I can then access the net without a problem.
However when I next re-boot either computor under the "Connections" tab it has defaulted back to the "Dialwhenever a network connection is not present.
Although I can find my way around my computors, I am not trained & this problem is bugging me.
Has anybody anybody experieneced the same problem & more important did they find a solution
