when i try to download something with the built it capability of explorer(no second-hand download tool) sometimes i can choose to save and sometimes i can't. when i can't and it dl"s automatically, when it's through, i get a warning message "no archives found". if it is possible to right click on the link and choose save as and continuse to dl, it's already dl'ed and i can choose to open it. my first question is how can i make it ask me if i want to save it or open it ALL THE TIME, not when it wants too. second is i don't recall changing any settings in regard to downloading within explorer or windows, so why dosen't it open what i download instead of giving me the warning message. any help would be appreciatted.
