need help (W98)

I dont know whats wrong with my pc. I cant open anything. I cant Get anything that extracts.. (exe) and i cant get a zip opener. HELP! What can I install to get what i need. Also. I have a message that says "Install" Error loading (CRC) comes up everytime i start windows 98

do you get an error that says the disk is full even when you know that it is not...what are any recent changes you have made...is did this happen on it's own? Have you tried to restorre your computer to a previous point....i will check the experts arround here cause i'm not one of them. My experence is you might have lost a file association but i would have to hear more about your machine

accualy I think that there is something with the installation of the Windows OS. I dont know what it can be. If I had to chose i would say thats it. I dont remeber doing anything to my pc. since i installed it.. 20 hours ago. It has come up. from second 1. I think i need a new cd. I dont know where to get a windows 98 SE cd. Cant afford one.. :( ahh! and whats (CRC) "could not initialize installation. (CRC) The parameter is incottect" thats the message i get. Can Anyone help

hey if you cannot afford a new os go to WINMX.com
and get their latest engine and just download the whole thing from someone else..illegeal yes but no one has caught up with me and i have had an illegal os for over 10 years now. They even have XP

can u do me a favor... E mail me when ever you are online. and send me the file.. Not thru e mail. We can connect on Net Meeting.. you can send the file there. I cant get WinMx... because of an extraction conflict. I dont know what it is. Like I have said before there is soemthing wrong with my pc.. and i dont know what the hell it is. I would apreciate it if you would want to share your OS with me.. Thanks

ok...i got two replies for this and i will try to condence them...winmx is simply a file sharing program like morhiopus execpt that it is not as popular but has the ability to add any other netwrok to it's own. It allows you to download any copyrighted software (music games OS's) that others are "sharing".. Second i cannot get though net meeting because i have too slow a connection but i can over MSN messagner. My addy is Scrolllok@hotmail.com i have no clue what this is to accomplish because i have a 14 k connection speed and it would take you eons' to downlaod a whole OS (i have only done it 3 times and overnight at that) Reply with how you feel we should go about this next....
