Screen Saver, Standby and Hibernate (W2K)

Neither Screen Saver, Standby or Hibernate activate automatically. Current settings in Display for each are:

Screen Saver after 10 minutes
Standby after 30 minutes
Hibernate after 45 minutes

If I set screen saver to none, Standby and Hibernate still do not automatically activate.

I can get all three applicatrions to work manually.

Ideas?

Make sure it's set to Always On via control panel/power options applet.

Now that screen saver activates how can I get the system to enter into standby and hibernate mode automatically.

I would like screen saver to activate after 15 minutes, standby to come on after 30 minutes and hibernate after 45 minutes.
