okay this mite not be about computers, but i need it badly, it was a clue to a past password i had on my zip 250 disk. "For small then big letters of the World Wide Web, a most commonly used program." what is it?! please help!

Sometimes it helps to pretend you're setting it up again from scratch. Then you go through every step the same as before, and you think of the same thing. Maybe.
There was an online 411 thing. Maybe you were thinking of 411 as a lookup program and used some variation of that.
Motherboards have jumpers that can be shorted to get past a CMOS password, maybe your ZIP disk has a similar capability that a hardware tech would use for that purpose.
If Murphy's law rules, you'll probably eventually get the password and get into the drive's data again, and then you'll discover that it contains nothing that you even care about.
