Backround Change

I am helping one of my teachers with her computer and she wanted to change her backround, so I did what anyone else would do, I went to the the properties after a right click on desktop and went to change it, but there is no backround control there. I went into the control panell and tryied to change the backround settings, but I still cant. She is running Win. 2000 with a wireless LAN. What do I do?

The school's PC is probably set up with limited rights for users. You need to be either a Power User or Administrator to do much customization.
Someone with those rights can change it.
