My ISP is DAV.Net (Disabled American Veterans) and up until a few days ago I was not having a problem with being booted off of the net. However, when I log onto Outlook Express I am automatically booted off the net and must re-log on and I have no problem reading my mail.

My ISP told me it must be a problem with Outlook Express. My ISP uses POP3 and I can't figure it out. How can I keep fron this irrating Internet connection?

Does it boot you off immediately after Outlook Express has checked/downloaded your E-Mail?

That darn lil naughty checkbox, always gets people. I think Bert is already eluding to it, but I would check out Tools > Options > Connections within OE. There's two check boxes at the top. Check the one thats says "Ask before switching connetions", and uncheck the one that reads "hang up after sending and receiving".
