Can't. WinME is the furthest we have ever been from MS-DOS. You probably could use a Win98 boot floppy to gain access to the hard drive is WinME won't start. <a target="_blank" href=http://www.bootdisk.com>www.bootdisk.com</a>

As Bert says MSDOS is not available by design. I read an article that stated that it was hidden and not actually removed and there is a patch available to restore MSDOS features.

I have attached the link but I have not tested the patch, so use at your own risk.

look in this fourm...there is a way under win 95 to remove the ability to restart in ms dos mode...this same tweek works in reverse on my machine under win 2k...back up the registry and try it
