Help track changes a progarm makes durring install (All)

I was wondering if there is a way to find the changes a new program makes when it installes as in i want to determin the specific way it happens on my machine for a certain program. Does anyone hava a freeware app or is there only a cerain # of specific files that are altered. I want to find the reg entries or modifications and files that were uploaded to the Program Files dir and the other system dir's. This along with any changes in a windows data base or what ever they use

There is a freeware program called InCtrl5 available for download from

It is only 766KB in size.

All the Web sites/servers at ZDNet have been horribly slow with numerous 'cannot find server' messages.
