am receiving this message when attempting to access a site which i paid a subscripotion fee and use a password and user name. i'm sure i'm using the correct names. also, i have disabled norton firewall. the site suggests cookie settings, java settings and cache settings ...none of which i am familiar with. can anyone suggest a solution? (win98se ...ie6)
