exception OE (W98)

[trouble_shooter]

An exception OE has occurred at 0028 :c004c18c in VxD VFAT (01)+0000A114.This was called from 0028:c004BD2E in VxD VFAT (01)+ 00009CB6.This happen while trying to install programes from CD.I can not install programes from CD and sometimes downloads,Any help much apprceiated.
