how to hide dll files in win 2000 (W2K)

Upgraded from 98 to 2000, cannot finf the way to hide the dll files, though I can hide the system files by going to tools> folder options>View> do not show hidden files.
Does this mean that I have to select all dlls & make them hidden.

a much simpler way is to use the search function to search for all the dll files, just key in *.dll to search for alll the dlls in your harddrive.
then Ctrl-A to select everything and right click and select hidden.
