Would either Reghakr or Bert please tell me how to go about "creating a new DWORD under Disc in HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINES\SYSTEM\CurrentControl
Set\Services"
Reason: Trying to specify the idle timeout for Server Connections (Windows 98)

navigate to the
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINES\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Servi ces
key,
on the menu select EDIT | New > DWORD Value
Enter "Disc" (no quotes) as the name of the value
hit Enter
double click the Disc value, enter the data for the DWORD value.
Note: This hack is stated to be for Windows NT/2000 - see:
