It has now become impossible to boot up to my Windows 2000 build. When I boot it goes through the startup screens, runs checkdisk, and then gets a blue screen. Unfortunately it reboots immediately so i can't read the blue screen, but I have noted that it's a kmode exception not handled error.

I get the same thing no matter what boot up mode I try (safe mode, etc). I've tried running the repair utility on the install CD, to no avail. I can see the drives from my 98 dual boot, but I see no way to get back into the 2000 OS, except maybe to reinstall over itself.

Any ideas??

Did you install any new drivers prior to this problem occurring? KMODE exception not handled errors are normal due to buggy drivers that raise exceptions with no error handling code to deal with the error. What happens is the error is passed up through the stack and if it is not claimed and handled then Windows generates it's exception handler (blue screen). If you installed a driver recently you could delete the driver (or rename it) from the W98 partition. This may at least let the OS boot.
