Get admin privlages (W2K)

How do I get to unlimited access to a network (NT) that runs Win.2k? There is an administrator and we are all under her, so I want to be able to have the exact privilages she does. There is no "RUN" command on the start menu. What do I do?

The only way that you can get administrative access is to have someone else with administrative access delegate it to you. Speak with your administrator. Since you're running Win2000, she can delegate different access to an OU (organizational unit) if she wants to give you limited access to perform different tasks.
The reason there is no "Run" command on your start bar is because it has been restricted for either your Site, Domain, or OU.
