hope someone can help.
have installed pci's netsupport manager. after a restart, the machine (nt4 server, sp6a) will keep restarting before reaching the login phase.
if i start the machine in vga mode, i am able to login, however, if i login as a user with admin privaledges, it will restart the machine straight away. if i login as a user without admin privaledges it is ok. however, i am unable to remove the aforementioned program which i assume is causing it to restart.
file system is ntfs
any ideas how i can get my server back?
