msconfig in win 2000 Professional

Can any one tell me how to use the msconfig in win2000 professional??
When i type msconfig in the run , to alter some programmes in the start up i get an error message which i have not seen while using win 98 or winME or even winXP

By default, msconfig was not built into Windows 2000. Got this one from our good buddy reghakr...
