Spyware Doctor wont start new install

I just today bought a subscription after trying the eval version. I uninstalled and reinstalled new version hoping to register. The program installs correctly but when it says "please wait while initializing" (or something like that) the program never starts. It does do the initial update but the program will not start. SDhelp.exe is running but the swdoctor process never starts.

I have unistalled, cleaned all PCtools and spyware doctor references in the registry, cleaned registry, but this continues.

HELP! I will wait a bit before asking for a refund.

Try to re-install Spyware Doctor is safe mode.

Before you re-install Spyware Doctor, please uninstall Spyware Doctor and download Spyware Doctor (sdsetup.exe).

Once you have downloaded the file, restart your computer in safe mode and install the file you have downloaded. :)

I did a Windows XP repair and all is well now.
