help I keep getting the blue screen error message:
Exception error at 0028:c15be3c7in VxD---. from 0028:c004971a in VxD---
It then crashes no matter what I do

Not enough information, blue screen error starting wiht 0028 in unknown vxd. Provide more specific info, when does it happen, same application? only on internet? etc.

That is pretty much all I have, It seems to happen randomly, at least I haven't noticed a pattern to it. The wording of the message is near enough exactly as I have written it. I just haven't got a clue

To get rid of this error open directx dialog box and under the display tab disable AGP texture acceleration. Also ensure that you have the latest directx and agp card drivers.
