Many sites seem to rely on the back button in order to let user go back edit fields in a form. EZBoard does that, but if you'll notice WinGuides doesn't. Most of the time this works fine. Those few times when it doesn't are the most annoying.

Does anyone know why sometimes you may go back to a form you just filled out, only to find it blank?

I've had this work and not work on the same site, with the same form. (EZBoard)

It has to do with: (Take your choice or mix-and-match)
1. Tag
2. the way the site operates.
3. the way you are surfing.
4. it's just one of those 'net' things.

I know exactly what you mean. I was done filling my profile right here on WinGuides and when I pressed next I got an error. I pressed back and the entries were gone...

I know excactly what you mean DeQuincy & man its so annoying, its happened a few times after spending 20 mins or so composing a post\reply then I thought Arghh rotten thing. Now before I go back or press send I routinely copy it, then if I come back & its gone I paste it back in, its great

Saving form entires is too easy with AI RoboForm and its pretty damn good at it. After filling in a long form I feel might mess up I simply save the forms entries with 2 clicks just in case and if all goes wrong on pressing back 2 clicks will fill the form in its entirety.

I dont like gator as it is childish and packed with spyware .Vs AI RoboForm which is free, professional and spyware free.
