MIDI 2 WAV

I know this is off the beaten path. But does anyone know how to convert MIDI files to WAV?

I'd like to burn them to an audio CD.

Record them. Play them while running Sound Recorder or another utility. You will now have a Sound. But if you want to burn them to disk, you could make a data disk and play them in your CDrw.
