default folder in Win Explorer

anybody know how to set the default folder for windows explorer? Mine opens on my documents, but i want to change it to C:\ drive

C:\WINDOWS\explorer.exe /n,/e,C:\

Put the above line in the icon Properties box for Windows Explorer.

It won't work by right-clicking on Start, Explore or right-clicking My Computer, Explore.
