I am a client on a WinNT 4.0 Tserver, using a RedHat linux Proxy. What I want to do is not to cache MY IP's web pages on the proxy, or if possible, bypass the proxy altogether, although I think that's impossible. Anyone got any ideas. My mate reckons the version of RedHat we use ( I think 5.0 ) is full of exploits, but I can't get through the telnet YET. I don't think this is a registry setting though. Can U help ?
