running batch before shutdown

Does exist W95 registry key that cause launching entered batch just before shutdown ?

for win 95? not to my knowledge (there might be). If you go to programfiles.com there is a couple cool freeware appz that allow you to run certain programs or files at start up and shutdown. If you cannot find one there your self contact me at
