Help please!!!!

Hello, my user name is Kiana, and I'm having a pc problem. Awhile back, my pc crashed due to a worm. I got it back up and running, but as soon as I got back on-line, I started getting pop ups for a registry cleaner, telling me that my pc will crash if I do not go to their website and download thier product. I've tried everything I can think of to get rid of them, my pop up blocker does not work, nor did virus scans and spy ware scans. Finally I looked in to registry cleaners, and went with PC Tools' Registry Mechanic. It fixed some stuff on my pc, but the pop ups keep cooming. The website they tell me to vist changes, some are msreg.com and scan32.com. please can some one help me, I'm at my witt's end.

sounds like an adware infections. Try to use Spyware Doctor. Test the trial version if it detects it or not. You need to purchase it in order to remove it, but if Spyware Doctor does not remove it. You can ask for a refund as long you are still in the 30 days.

I agree, does sound like spyware.

somthing you should know Registry Mechanic doesnt repair corrupted files.
