Windows 2K MMC

If one was to lock down the workstation locally that is not part of active directory, or a Domain for that matter. Is there a way to run a script or regestry file to unlock the machine without going through group policies in the MMC console?

Ive done it! Ive created my own reg file and it worked. It worked so good that it locked me out too! But lucky I had a few tricks up my sleve, I was able to reverse this process!
