Hey, I have this problem with my computer restarting Windows without refreshing my RAM. It also does this when I use CTRL + ALT + DELETE when nessessary. Other operating systems that I use, ie. Linux, seem to refresh the RAM when it is restarted. I was wondering if it is a registry entry that does this, and if it is, please include a solution. Thanks.

I would think you should work with your Bios settings to get Windows to refresh it...although I don't think it has anything to do with your O/S...you may have disabled or enabled a settting in the Bios that prevents it from renewing the RAM...

Well, in a matter of fact, when I use Linux, and I submit the command "shutdown -r now", it seems to restart with the RAM rebooting itself. So, there's no problem with my BIOS at all.
