I agree with the thinking on the design of this new SW tool. I have downloaded the file, burned the CD, and run a scan. Before the scan starts one of the screens allows you to insert a thumb memory stick with the latest spyware definations that the scan will use. I do not know how to get this defination file. I ran Spyware Doctor and updated it's def file but I could not locate any file that looked like the def file. Please tell me how to get the latest def file.

hi, the file you are after is refdb.dat (usually located in C:\Program Files\Spyware Doctor). This is the reference database.
