HI there:
I am running Windows 2000 Pro SP2 with IE 6 on the systems here. I keep my taskbar hidden generally. But when I minimize an application, once it refreshes (or I receive a new message in my messengers), the taskbar comes up with the application flashing and does not go back down until I click on that application.
Is there some way (setting or reg setting) to stop it from doing this?
